Web Order Cancellations
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
Alder Fine Jewellery will allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order, but cancellations will be issued as store credit. After the initial 24-hour period, cancellations are not allowed, and orders will be processed as placed. Please note that all bespoke pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Our Return Policy
At Alder Fine Jewellery, we pride ourselves on high customer satisfaction. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind, you may request a store credit from us within 7 days of receipt of your item. We cannot, however, process exchanges or returns on items that have been customised, engraved, worn, used, altered or damaged. Alder FJ reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item appears to be damaged or shows signs of wear, which is judged at the sole discretion of Alder FJ.
All sales are deemed final if no refund is requested within the 7 day period after you receive your product from us.
International Orders Returns
